Entrepreneurship Focused Education

Recently I have been involved in the development of a training program that is focused on training young people to develop business seeds and become entrepreneurs, I have called it Entrepreneurship Focused Education,  while the idea of the program seems to be a repetitive one, the program itself and it is implementation is novel. The training program is an intensive one that is focused on growing specific business technology and innovation seeds after a series of discussions with the participant.

The group of business and technology seeds are available on FerasNaser.com website, the program will equip the participant with the necessary business and technology skills that will help him to build a business and start his own venture, it will equip him with the necessary digital skills such as building an ecommerce website, running marketing campaigns on social media, registering his venture on various online outlets and making a marketing video.

The digital skills become fundamental part of today’s world; they reduce the costs of starting a business, so for example if you has a strong presence on social media and an online digital sales outlet, this reduces that cost of renting a place, hiring staff for running the business. These digital skills become fundamental skills in today’s world, running a marketing campaign on social media becomes the most effective way of marketing these days.

I have designed the program so to fit the time schedule of people who are currently employed as well young people who are not working, the program will be divided into four weeks, each week will have a 12 hours training session, divided on three days. The program will have a beginner level, as well intermediate and advanced levels. Each level will take a month, the beginner and the intermediate levels will have a standard program while the advanced level will have a specific training program that is tailored for the technology seed.

At a first instance, the program appears to be a repetition of what is available, but the program is novel and promising. The possibility of starting a business after the program can be impacted by the individual psychology whether he has the passions, the commitment and the desire to risk his time and funds pursuing a new venture and building it from scratch.

I am diligently working on the development of this program and I hope it will be available for the market within the coming two months.
